Wendy is the founding partner of Ingenuity Marketing Group in 1991 and is known for her:

Strategic Vision. Wendy has a way of seeing how the patterns of people and systems work and bringing people together to make change happen. Through careful questions, she is able to uncover the challenges and opportunities that people almost always know but may not be able to articulate as a coherent issue and then come up with the ideas and solutions that bring them together into action. Able to see the big picture, Wendy brings people together through powerful, persuasive communication.

Way with words. She is one the world’s fastest copywriters, mainly for promotional brochures and websites. She will also help you zero in on key messages that define your business and help you communicate it. She is also a professional public speaker and has spoken across the country and in Europe on a variety of business topics.

Bright Ideas. More than once described as a “popcorn popper of ideas,” Wendy focuses on the end result and always has more than one way to get there. She sees the big picture and is able move people and organizations to the big goals. Expect nothing to be dull and everyday, Wendy is always bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table.

A graduate of the College of St. Catherine with a B.S. in communications, Wendy is also a graduate of Augsburg College with a Masters Degree in Leadership. She has worked with professional service organizations since 1987 when she wandered into an accounting firm and started editing their newsletters.
