Kristy Gusick

Meet Kristy Gusick

Kristy may be one of only a handful of people who actually uses her education faithfully to help people every day in her career. Her human development and family studies degree from Colorado State University play out in Kristy's daily life in a big way. As our growth expert and networking guru, Kristy is responsible for ensuring that Ingenuity's marketing and sales strategy actually produces results for our firm – and for our clients as well.

A lifelong accomplished equestrian, she has ridden horses since the age of four, but the thrill of the chase is still her favorite. Kristy is the only Ingenuity employee that has been fox hunting in Ireland, not just once, but twice.

People Person Squared. Kristy's happiness scale soars when she is helping others become successful. When Kristy isn't bringing people together across the conference table, she is bringing people together through LinkedIn or at the coffee shop. Kristy will always have an answer for the question, "Do you know someone who…"

Builder of Business. A growth expert, she co-founded an investment firm and started a successful branch of another with grace and ease. Relationship building and marketing strategy are second nature to Kristy. Build it and they will come – and if they don't – she will go out and get them.

Soft But Strong Shoulder. With strengths that include empathy, positivity and woo, Kristy can focus on a problem and create a solution that works for everybody.

As a married, full-time working mom of two young daughters, she really knows how to find the right resources for the task. She knows the questions to ask, the right people for the job and how to use fun for a little stress relief.

Expect Kristy's clients and networking contacts to feel appreciated, understood and like they just found their new best friend.
