Power Up! is a specialized networking event structured for professionals age 35 and younger in knowledge-base careers – legal, accounting, insurance, financial and other service professionals. It is designed especially for professionals who want to be in a position of power in their lives and in their careers. Although Ingenuity is a big fan of using social media to make connections, there is nothing that works as well as a face-to-face conversation and handshake.

Ingenuity will provide two and one-half hours of training, structured networking and team building exercises to those in our network we feel would be great referral sources and prospects for the young professionals in your firm. You can choose from a varied list of training topics and pick the one that would be the most beneficial to your firm. We also encourage you to invite your own list of referral sources to the event. By sponsoring the event, your firm's young professionals will be the only representatives of your industry. This assures a noncompetitive environment in which to make strong connections and form mutually beneficial relationships. What you can accomplish in one Power Up! event is half the cost of what it would be for you to take the same people out to lunch and it happens in less than a three-hour span!
