Pro Bono Spotlight

Last year Ingenuity Marketing chose the Working Family Resource Center (WFRC) as our pro-bono nonprofit organization. The WFRC supports working families by going on-site to companies and putting on programs and seminars. They educate and support working parents with everything from childcare and eldercare to stress management and parenting issues. WFRC also offers lunch time classes at their downtown St. Paul office including weight management, co-parenting and other topics helpful to family trying to find a work/life balance.

After discussing their needs, we worked with them to create a new look and help them define their key messages as they serve a broad demographic with many different offerings. We met with their marketing committee a number of times, and with that insight designed various new logos for them to consider and gave them advice on updating their website. We also helped them build a cohesive message and brand and provided them with useful information to boost their public relations efforts. Armed with new awareness and logo and website options, they are now in the position to make the changes needed to update their look and keep their nonprofit message clear and concise.
